Follow-along exercise videos are a great way to enjoy a workout on your own. These videos are recorded during a live Virtual Exercise Coaching session or a video series is filmed to meet your needs. Habit Tracker
The CY Fit app includes a habit tracker to help you easily follow through with the action steps necessary for success. Each habit can be checked off as you complete it. You will discuss with your coach what habits you want to focus on so that you are not overwhelmed with too many new things to do. Habits can be related to food, exercise, sleep, or mindset. This is a great way to create accountability with habits that will create improvement.

Health Data Collection
When you begin a coaching program, information is collected about your health history, current health status, and fitness goals. Depending on your area of focus, tracking and reviewing information logged into an app will provide valuable insight to help improve your results. Individual exercises, daily food intake, and body measurements can all be discussed within coaching sessions to provide strategic steps to take action on.

CY Fit utilizes mobile apps and fitness services to help create accountability and improve quality of coaching. Smart watches can automatically upload information to the app for your coach to review. If you’re using other health and fitness apps, that information can be reviewed to help gain awareness and receive appropriate feedback.
