No exercise equipment is necessary, but if you have your own equipment, that is a bonus. Your trainer also comes equipped with a wide range of exercise equipment that is easy to transport. The accountability of meeting with your trainer, the advantage of not having to own any equipment, and the pleasure of exercising at home or outside truly makes for an enjoyable experience. Let’s get creative with your workouts! It’s time to overcome anything holding you back and move forward to achieve the body and health you have always wanted!

  • Virtual Exercise

    Personal training sessions are held on a video call for 1-on-1 coaching or groups of 2-8 people. This type of training offers the most convenience and is proving to be valuable for users. Any location is available to train if there is a phone or internet connection. No exercise equipment is needed, but if you have your own equipment that is a bonus. The ability to press a button, have your coach’s presence with you during a workout, and avoid the gym is becoming a favorite for new users learning to exercise. If you are wanting to do a virtual exercise training session from the gym, the feedback from your coach about your form, setting up equipment, and constant encouragement will completely enhance your gym experience. A virtual training session is the easiest way to stay consistent with exercise and complete workouts personalized to you!

  • Nutrition

    Nutrition consultations are held privately, over the phone, or on video, for 1-on-1 coaching or groups of 2 or more people. Devoted nutrition sessions will help you learn what to eat, when to eat, how much to eat, and the preparation of healthy food. This is a valuable experience to help gain clarity on your eating tendencies, make improvements that you are comfortable with, and set up each day so you feel successful. Working together to build a daily plan will ensure you follow through and adaptations can always be made. Custom nutrition plans can be created and logging food data will be reviewed. Nutrition plans come with a grocery list and a food preparation guide to lay out every step you need to take. There is no doubt that improving your nutrition will completely change your life for the better and you will quickly feel benefits from those changes!

  • Health and Wellness

    This style of coaching covers both exercise and nutrition but also covers important topics such as sleep habits, daily routines, accountability, goal setting, and living a healthy lifestyle. Consultations are held over the phone or on video and can be 1-on-1, or in groups of 2 or more. Each session with your coach has its own theme to cover all topics necessary for success. Personalized exercise videos are made for you from your exercise-related consultations. Other coaching sessions will help you build a nutrition plan. In the beginning, you and your coach will decide where to start, how to set up for a successful experience, and set goals. This is a great opportunity to rethink and restart your life in a healthier way. It’s about getting awareness, looking at possibilities, making practical decisions, and staying accountable with a coach that cares!
